What we do. Design Create

Everything on the Redbubble marketplace is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. A global network of 3rd-party manufacturers and shipping services work tirelessly to get your order from the site to your door

Artists upload their digital art to the platform. Items are only created after a customer makes a purchase.

Basic

When you create original content and share it on Redbubble, you retain ownership of your work. I enjoy designing a diverse range of products, including mugs, stickers, cards, pins, posters, and art prints.

Professional

You do not need to manufacture, package, or ship anything yourself. Redbubble is a print-on-demand platform. Once you upload a design, their third-party partners manufacture the product and ship it to the buyer. You just earn a royalty from each sale

Business

REDBBLE:-

You don’t have to worry about manufacturing, packaging, or shipping anything yourself. Redbubble operates as a print-on-demand platform. Once you upload your design, their third-party partners take care of the product creation and shipping directly to the buyer. You simply earn a royalty from each sale.

 How to Address Your Challenges

  • Solving Manufacturing and Shipping: You can remain completely hands-off. There’s no need to purchase materials, manage inventory, pack orders, or cover shipping costs. Redbubble manages all of this on a global scale, allowing you to focus on your designs.
  • High Product/Shipping Costs: Elevated shipping fees are typically determined by postal carriers and depend on the buyer's location in relation to the printer. To minimize shipping costs for your customers, promote your shop in areas where Redbubble has fulfillment centers, such as the US, UK, EU, and Australia, to ensure local postage.
  • Making a Profit: Since printing costs are fixed, your profit margin for each sale is influenced by the markup percentage you set.
  • Navigate to your Product Pricing page in your dashboard.

Adjust your Artist Margin (generally between 10%–20%) to raise the retail price, ensuring your earnings cover the costs associated with creating and promoting your design.

Understanding Redbubble's Manufacturing and Shipping Process

Redbubble does not produce or keep inventory in-house. Instead, it operates as a print-on-demand marketplace, directing orders to a global network of third-party fulfillers. Once an order is placed, it is manufactured and shipped from the partner facility nearest to the delivery address.

How the Manufacturing & Shipping Process Works

Print-on-Demand: Products are manufactured only after a customer purchases on the website. Artists upload their designs, and Redbubble manages production, payment, and shipping.

Global Network: To minimize international shipping times and costs, orders are directed to the nearest available third-party printer to the delivery location. For instance, orders from the Netherlands or other European regions are typically sent to a European fulfillment partner.

Multiple Packages: Since various facilities specialize in different products (such as apparel, stickers, and mugs), orders with multiple items may be printed at different locations, resulting in separate packages arriving at different times.

For more detailed information about their production network and shipping logistics, please refer to the Shipping & Manufacturing Help Section of Redbubble's support center.
